Wow, it has been such a long time since I’ve sat down and done a life blog! It actually makes me feel all warm and fuzzy when I get requests for them from people that used to read Heels & Horseshoes back in the early days!
You may have seen that I have been away on holiday. Me & Sam along with our friends Kris & Faye went to Ibiza and it was incredible! It really is such a beautiful island and I would recommend it to anyone. There was such a good vibe and we did the perfect mix of relaxing, exploring and of course partying. In the spirit of a holiday pamper I dyed my hair all brown too which I love.
I'm way back into work mode now and getting into the swing of things again now. I’ve got lots of wedding couple meet ups planned which I’m really looking forward to. It’s lovely hearing all about the couple's plans and to show them my work and discuss how we could complement each other. I’m really going to make an effort to blog so much more too! I love writing and sharing my thoughts and this is the perfect way to document them. Behind the scenes at Heels & Horseshoes I have some equine photography projects in the pipeline. They're all in early stages at the moment but really looking forward to getting the ball rolling with them.
Talking of horses, it wouldn’t be a personal post without a Nixon mention. He is loving a life of retirement. He really has settled into a quieter life, is relaxed and just generally enjoying life.

Has anyone noticed the nights creeping in? Please don’t tell me I blinked and missed summer! I best get preparing for the beautiful Autumnal woodland shoots - my favourite!
